Job Description

You will help the Student Affairs team to process student enrollment, follow up with payment and also follow up with regards to their enrollment.
Help the Sales & Marketing team to contact customer for doing research, through phone call and messages.
Support the operations team in managing events - make venue booking and arrangements.
Manage the day-to-day operational needs, e.g. cleaning services for the offices, schedule maintenance of office equipment, keeping track of office supplies inventory, sourcing for office supplies and submitting purchase orders.

Job Requirements

Must be able to speak in English and Mandarin fluently.
Must be tech-savvy, well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
