Job Description
We are looking for a System Engineer to develop, maintain and troubleshoot our expanding infrastructure. You will be part of a talented team of IT expertise that delivering mission crtical system and infrasrtucture and ensuring highest level of availibility, performance and security. A qualified Systems Engineer must have background in IT, skill and knowledge in Windows & Unix OS, network & firewall.

- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide all levels support
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Job Requirements

- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science , Engineering or related subject
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows/UNIX /Linux based environments.
- Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g.,Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, NGINX)
- Experience in Cloud solutions
- Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box, Sangfor)
- Experience with monitoring systems
- Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
- Understanding and experience in scripting skills (eg, shell scripts,
- Pythorn) and automation software will be added advantage
