Job Description

• To assist in the preparation and execution of all marketing programs and collateral for the assigned projects.
• To coordinate with creative agencies and other respective suppliers on all marketing collateral and promotional materials to ensure a smooth execution.
• Manage the inventory of all marketing collateral to ensure sufficient stock is adequate (such as brochures, leaflets and other promotional materials).
• To conduct market research on competitors' launches and promotional packages.
• Responsible for organizing and arranging booth set up at exhibition and events for the assigned project and ensure postmortem is done after each event.
• To contribute and suggest ideas during the planning of marketing programs to achieve company's goal.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Communications or business-related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in similar role. Preferred those with experience in property development or property agency background.
• Pleasant disposition with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good command of written and verbal English. Ability to converse in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
• Vibrant, independent, initiative and willing to learn.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking skills.
• Excellent team player.
• Willing to travel on the job to support overseas assignments in ASEAN countries.
