Job Description

• Required Skill(s) : full set of financial accounts
• Responsible for update full sets of accounts including general ledger transaction, cash book and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare & submit monthly Financial report with deadline.
• Prepare Cashflow forecast.
• Assist in preparation Budget.
• Update financial transaction to accounting software.
• Experience and able to handle accounting system and preferable UBS & Autocount
• To issue debit & credit note. 
• Organize & maintain financial records with proper filling
• To ensure all accounts and record-keeping done properly and maintained with timely and high accuracy
• Strong accounting skills and able to reconcile differences will be preferable
• Liaise with relevant Auditors, Tax agents 
• Assist and support managers in ad hoc assignments require by the management
• Responsible, hardworking  

Job Requirements

• Qualification Diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, Bachelor's/Professional degree in accountancy / Finance or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field 
• Preferable senior executive in property industry
• Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.                                    
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge.
