Job Description

• Service, Repair, Troubleshoot and Inspect electrical installation.
• Day to day maintenance and repair works of all electrical and machinery.
• Monitor and maintain plumbing and sanitary works
• Assist in general maintenance works and rectification jobs.
• Routine checks on water supply.
• 24 Hours Standby duties for break downs.
• Assist in painting, cement, carpentry and plumbing works.
• Other responsibilities which are not defined above but which may be considered normal based on market practice/standards. 

Job Requirements

1. Proven experience as handyman.
2. Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
3. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.
4. Basic math skills.
5. Good communication ability.
6. Well-organized and apt in problem-solving.
7. Attention to detail.
8. High school diploma or equivalent.
