Job Description
- To compile situational reports for the monthly management meeting.
- To arrange appointment for the Building Manager to meet with Service Providers or Residents.
- Attending to phone calls and vetting letters, notices and memos for the Building Manager.
- Filing of documents, letters and memos.
- Issuing Monthly Invoice & Monitoring payment to ensure proper credit control
- Typing letters, memos and notices.
- Maintaining proper stock cards for Stationeries, Petty Cash, tools, bulbs etc...
- To assist Building Manager to monitor the financial performance.
- To provide customers service to residents/owners in handling complaints, inquiries and information bureau.
- Attend to all administration and front office accounts.
- Other responsibilities which are not defined above but which may be considered normal based on market practice/standards
Job Requirements
3-5 years experience in managing high-end condominium
~ Preferably has working experience with Joint Management Body or Management Corporation
~ Someone from the real estate industry would be prioritized
~ Someone from the real estate industry would be prioritized
~ Mature, initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently
~ Strong leadership skills with critical thinking and results oriented behaviour
~ Good interpersonal skill and customer service experience
~ Computer literate with strong written and oral communication skills
