Job Description

1. To ensure that all machines and utilities are operating at optimum condition.
2. Responsible for regular machines preventive maintenance.
3. To continuous improve and upgrade machines to improve machine performance, safety and reliability.
4. Responsible for prompt mechanical troubleshooting and repair work machines.
5. Able to read machine drawing, electrical schematic drawing, machine wiring single phase and three phase and other repairs.
6. Advantaged if able to repair on mechanical appliance.
7. To ensure maintenance tools are arrange in proper and clean.
8. To ensure good housekeeping in maintenance department.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2. At least 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing sector.
3. Candidates at Technician level focusing on the machines mechanical maintenance scope is preferred.
4. Preferably Mechanical Technician who is specializing in maintenance and repair the machines. 
5. Have a good knowledge of mechanical principles and applications.
6. Good analytical skills: specification, process, capacity, cost and quality tool.
7. Self-motivated with the ability to originate and adapt to new ideas. 
8. Able to work without supervision.
9. Able to work on the shift pattern.
10. Able to attend overtime work.
