Job Description

• Checking, repairing and servicing machinery 
• Perform machinery preventive maintenance 
• Troubleshooting machinery failure, find root cause and establish preventive action.
• Servicing of damaged part and keep it in good working condition 
• Liaise with external contractor on part repair 
• Inventory checking and monitor critical spare part movement 
• Upkeep mechanical spare part list based on spare part movement 
• Initiate purchasing process when spare part level reach minimum 
• Upkeep maintenance record 
• Upkeep maintenance work order and PM work order 
• Establish and monitor shell life of critical parts, e.g. impression roller, boiler, compressor, etc. 
• Engineering project execution 
• Assist in engineering project 
• Lead and execute small improvement project 
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties designated by Superior or the Management as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical / Electrical Engineering 
• At least 2~3 year(s) of working experience in the related field and in factory environment is preferred for this position.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Bandar Puchong, Selangor.
• Applicant must be willing to work on 12 hours shift rotation.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English 
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision 
• Hard Working, Passionate, Team Work, Good Discipline
