Job Description

• Received PO, acknowledge PO, confirm pricing and delivery date. 
• Liaise and coordinate with customer/ production planning/ logistics for the best delivery date. 
• Maintain order register on regular basis. 
• Report monthly delivery performance. 
• Report monthly sales. 
• In charge Swan system order entry and order acknowledgement to production. 
• Check and approve the job sheet. 
• In charge customer service including coordination on customer complaint. 
• In charge customer new product enquiry and coordination between customer and production development section, relevant operations on all customer requirements. 
• In charge of delivery scheduling. 
• Oversea customer side visit if necessary. 
• Good repo with the international buyer.
• Other assignment that directed by Superior. 
• Undertake Business Development Manager task in his/ her absent. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• At least 3 to 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field/ printing industry is required for this position
• Preferably Senior Executive
• Ability to prioritize tasks and responsive manner
• Experienced in handling international customers
• Customer oriented
