Job Description
Role Purpose
To ensure continuous replenishment of finished goods to distributors’ warehouses according to forecast and targeted stock level. To ensure the products are available in time for sales and distribution according to company internal guidelines and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy
- In agreement with Demand and Supply Planning Manager, contributes to the development of the Supply Planning strategies ensuring alignment to CU Strategy and SEA Supply Chain Strategies.
2. Supply of finished products (both Standard and VAS finished products)
- The incumbent ensures the KPI Service Level for standard finished products and Value-Added Service products through the supply achieved the target with optimum inventory levels to minimize working of capital.
- The incumbent provides requirements to production centers, which support monthly inventory requirements and resolving any issue regarding to production ability to meet the requirement.
3. Operative launch/re-launch control
- The incumbent ensures operative launch/re-launch control by collaborating with the PCs and HUBs and others and controlling the stocks by ensuring prompt availability and minimum remaining stock costs.
- The incumbents proposes options to minimize the leftover and write-off caused by product launch/re-launch and set the counter action plans.
4. Inventory management
- The incumbent ensures sufficient stock levels in order to serve high service level while maintaining appropriated stocks according to BDF guideline and maximize company’s benefit. The incumbent ensures leftover management of standard and VAS products.
- The incumbent manages obsolete and high stocks by coordinating with commercial team to be aware for taking corrective and preventive actions. The incumbent monitors and sends alert information on the low stock, potential OOS and OOS products to related functions for prompt further actions with customers.
5. Reporting and monitoring
- The incumbent ensures the transparency and monitoring of the KPI Service Level with the optimum stock level of articles scheduled by Supply Planning. The incumbent prepares and issues statistic reports of actual sales vs plan and all relevant issue to his superior. The incumbent is responsible that the integrity of the inventory is always maintained. The incumbent prepares monthly reports of inventory and informs his direct superior about any variation in the inventory between the physical count and the stock report. The incumbent participate in S&OP review and provide necessary reports and analysis to enable S&OP process.
6. Optimization of the processes and projects management
- The incumbent decides on the optimization and implementation of improvements in Supply Planning. The incumbent initiates the development of new or modified rules and standard approaches.
- The incumbent leads projects/sub-projects /actively involves and collaborates with other related projects to achieve the objectives and expected deliverable results of the projects.
