Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Controlling

Monitor all Supply Chain Indicators – SCALE, Cockpit (Actual, Forecast and Target) within Global and Regional timeline
Analyze KPI and work through with Supply Chain for continuous improvement
Analyze stock return rate by brand to drive continuous reduction
Financial advisory including identify risk/opportunity on supply chain related issues
Monitor Distributor performance and identify financial impact. Participate in KPI review with distributor
Support the scoping and monitor progress tracking of procurement savings to achieve annual target
Monitoring VAS / LAS spending and highlight risk & opportunity
Review on BOM including master data maintenance
Responsible to intercompany ICP

Sales Controlling

Responsible for Sales Closing & Monthly Reporting
Support in Trade Spend/ Channel Profitability& highlight on unusual trend
Review trade return trend by channel and suggest for improvement from time to time
Support in return on investment appraisal on trade campaign, promotions and trade costs
Monitor Shipment Sales & DIH Impact – MSO Tracking
Monthly Price Review
Price Reconciliation & preparation on CN/DN regarding to price variances

Efficiency

Support Financial Planning & Forecasts process
Support reports submission according to region and global deadline. (Bone, TM1, CIS, Scale, etc.)
Ad hoc analysis to drive business efficiency
Roll-out of new reports and tools for better review process and performance tracking
Preparation of regional and management report on timely basis
Data Accuracy
Inventory Master Data

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Key Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent
3 to 5 years of work experiences (preferably MNC) with a minimum of 2 years in a business finance role
Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
Result oriented and capable of handling tight deadlines and pressures
Show excellent interpersonal skills and willing to work with cross functional teams
Proactive with an ability to influence decisions and deliver business objectives
