Job Description

For all successful applicants, we offer a fixed base salary of RM3,500. After 3 months of employment confirmation, we will increase the base salary to RM4,000 and with OTE, you will get a payout of RM6,400 and above.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities with targeted outbound prospecting strategies to build rapport and set discovery calls.
 
Responsibilities
  • The SDR will be managing 2 of BeeCore's client projects.
  • This role is focused on making cold calls and writing emails to outsource sales deliverables 
  • You will need to understand our customer’s unique challenges, profile, and provide solutions for their growth.
  • You must be able to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment where the primary success metrics are vertical-specific revenue growth for our customers.
  • You should be logging your progress on campaigns then report it to the clients and your immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
  • 3 years of new business sales experience in a B2B setting
  •  Strong track record of customer retention, and continually meeting revenue goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and exceptional consultative sales and client service skills with a willingness to experiment. 
  • Must have a hunter's mindset, not a harvester’s mindset.
  • BA/BS Degree strongly preferred
  • Experience with Hubspot is a huge plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
