Responsibilities
As a Smile Companion, you will have the most crucial role in the company: You will be the face of become and will get our customers started on their journey towards their new smile. You will guide them through their appointments at our becomeStudio locations, answer questions about the product.
What you will do at become
- Deliver a "5-star" customer experience
- Explain our product to our customers
- Take photos using a high-tech oral scanner to create a 3D model of our customer's teeth, to help them decide whether they want to take up the remote treatment with one of our licensed Malaysian dentists
- Help our customers select the best payment plan for their budget
- Engage and form a genuine connection with our customers to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile
- Drive sales to meet your sales quota
- Facilitate communication with their treating dentists/orthodontist and respond to their requests in a timely manner
- Sanitize scanners and equipment to comply with highest hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the marketing team to inform customers of the latest promotions, identify pain points and create a world class treatment experience
- Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere

Job Requirements
It would really make us smile if you are…
Minimum
- Weekend availability (Saturdays)
- Fluent English and either Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin
- 3+ years of previous experience in either retail or B2B/B2C sales
- Highly motivated, with proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Comfortable with very close contact to customers for oral scans
- Confident in presenting products and addressing a customer concerns
- Fun and open-minded personality with a passion for transforming smiles and making an impact in your customer's lives
- Able to work independently in a challenging and rapidly changing startup environment
- Curious, open to learning with demonstrated ability to adapt to new software tools
- Always looking for ways to improve the customer’s experience at our becomeStudio
Preferred
- Previous startup experience
- 5+ years experience in B2B/B2C or retail sales
