About The Job

  • Critically analysing the entire customer experience to implement improvements and make recommendations to other departments involved
  • Building structures and processes around all aspects of customer experience to increase efficiency
  • Making sure that the operational key performance indicators are being exceeded
  • Driving new business growth by engaging with new clinics/dentists and managing the entire sales cycle 
  • Building strong relationships with clinic/dentists partners for long-term success

Job Requirements

  • Experience with running operations and sales for at least 3 years, preferably in start-ups and enjoy setting up systems and processes 
  • An outgoing, professional, confident and friendly personality with a desire to deliver an exceptional experience
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Mindset and ability to work/communicate in a fast-paced environment 
  • Working proficiency in English is a MUST
  • Willingness to immerse yourself in the exciting field of dental alignment to help people get the smile and the confidence they deserve
