Job Description

• Manage daily ecommerce operation such as order processing and coordinating with distributors.
• To handle all online enquiries / sales promptly and professionally to improve customer conversions and customer service.
• Implement various online marketing activities & strategy
• Handle other ad-hoc matters from time to time assigned by superior

• 管理日常电子商务操作，例如订单处理和与分销商协调
• 专业地处理所有在线查询，下单，以改善客户服务
•  实施各种在线营销活动和策略 
• 处理上级不时分配的其他临时事务 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Mass Communications / Advertising / Media / Business / Marketing / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Fresh grads are welcomed to apply.
• No experience is required
• Required skill(s): Writing skill and communication skill
• Required language(s): Good command of Mandarin and English (Spoken and written). Bahasa Melayu is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions
• Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
• Training will be provided for those without relevant experience
• This position to be based at KL Kota Damansara Office/Penang Office.
