About The Job

Job Description: 
  • Develop and apply strategies for E-affiliate growth
  • To create a profile for new affiliates and ensure it is supported with the right onboarding process that will increase adaptation
  • Acquire new affiliate through organizing Bi-Monthly activities (workshops / talks) to drive recruitment of Independent and Enterprise E-Affiliates, involves marketing the event as well on digital / offline channels with the digital marketing team.
  • Work with advertising team to coordinate all necessary marketing materials needed to carry out a successful recruitment of E-Affiliates for digital / offline channels
  • Measure ROI from Affiliate program, with objective to achieve year on year growth for the e-commerce channel through E-affiliate Marketing and meeting the brands short- and long-term goals
  • Build a community of followers with E-Affiliates related content on Grow Newsletter and FB group
  • Using funnels to illustrate the customer journey and demonstrating a clear path for acquisition of new members and to retain existing once that would increase advocacy and loyalty among the E-Affiliates
  • Manage and Monitor all brands communications with e-affiliates (sms, email, FB messenger and phone)
  • Lead the creation and development of all marketing collaterals, tools and mechanics, in line with the brand image and strategy to e-affiliates
  • Research and track competitors’ marketing activities periodically, and collect market data and insights to analyze a brand’s competitive performance and future plans
  • Ensure to keep all information up to date for all products on every online and offline platform decided by the brand
  • Liaise with designer, web developer and other stakeholders of a project to ensure all deliverables are met
  • Oversee and manage all contest, giveaways, and other digital projects  
  • Create annual or quarterly impactful digital / offline executions to increase Independent and Enterprise E-Affiliate members through various acquisition channels
  • Keep close weekly communications with the E-Affiliates through Email, FB Group, WhatsApp , Telegram or WeChat creating content for each of the platforms to keep E affiliates engaged and increase retention rate.
  • Assists in the process of new product launch and campaign management within the budget given
  • Assists in Conceptualize, plan and execute all launches and activations encompassing digital and social media, influencer marketing, trade marketing activations, promotions and / or events.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years and above experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required skill(s): Affiliate Management, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Networks, Campaign management, Data Monitoring, Performance Marketing
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing / Business Development or equivalent.
  • Outspoken and good command of English and Mandarin
  • Good organizational skills, and neat in their execution
  • Independent and able to work effectively and efficiently on their own

  • Well versed with grammar/proofreading & familiar with reading analytic reports
  • Knowledge of Organising Workshop, PPC, Display ads, SEO, E-Commerce and Email Marketing, FB Ads.
