Job Description

  • To attend all incoming or outgoing call appropriately and courteously, to handle basic inquiries, transfer phone call and take messages for related staff and directors
  • To handle all department courier services, to monitor, sort and distribute all incoming mail
  • Meet and greet company visitors in a professional conduct and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors
  • Maintain reception area and office upkeep and update filing, mailing, stationary items and documentation
  • Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Preferably candidates with Certificate/Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field 
  • Able to multi-task and well organized in work 
  • Self-motivated and proactive at work
  • Conversant in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
