Job Description

  • Providing support in the day to day on HR matters
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality & efficiency of processes and to ensure the processes & procedures are up-to-date
  • Prepare and provide the relevant HR reports/statistics for management
  • Assist in the HR functions/projects as and when required 


Job Requirements

  • Preferably candidates with Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent 
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field 
  • Able to multi-task, well organized, work independently and practice good team work and team collaboration
  • Practice high ethical work confidentially and able to meet tight deadlines
  • A "Can do" attitude and ability to propose innovative ideas/solutions
  • A team player, excellent communications skills (both oral & written), able to interact effectively with all levels and possess good leadership skills
