About The Job

 Internal Matters/Communication 
  • Administering company policies and keeping members’ records 
  • Helping in the orientation of new employees  
  • Assisting in communicating internal events, activities and policies to staff members as needed 
  • Supporting the Office Manager/Country Manager to build teamwork among colleagues 
  • Maintaining internal events and communication calendar/records 
Customer Service 
  • New Members registration on the system & due diligence 
  • Initiate new member on-boarding journey (6 stages) 
  • Handling customer inquiries/complaints as needed 
  • Assisting in the development & maintenance of a cohesive working relationship with members and our employees 
  • Helping in coordinating activities that promote the use of the BBX platform among members 
  • Assist during company events 
  • Ensuring that members receive their digital monthly statements of activities 
  • Updating members contact details and records 
Debt Recovery 
  • Sending reminder letters to members for payments 
  • Making follow up calls to members on debt recovery and payments in a timely and systematic way 
  • Providing a monthly update on recoveries made 
  • Working with Debt Collection Agency to drive optimal recoveries. 
General Admin & System Support 
  • Assist in maintaining Office Records & Personnel Files 
  • Assisting in the maintenance of the company’s website information as needed 
  • Helping in the preparation of strong customer presentations 
  • Making travel arrangements and making arrangements for visitors Keeping a good record of stock inventory 

Job Requirements

  • Good IT skills and knowledge of BBX System 
  • Strong organisational & problem-solving skills 
  • Good communication/Facilitation skills 
  • Attention to detail 

  • Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/STPM/Diploma in any field. 
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar function 
  • Basic background in Finance would be an added advantage 
  • Effective use of Windows Applications (Eg Word/Excel/PowerPoint) 

  • Fluency in English 
  • Self-Motivating & Professional 
  • Efficient & Meticulous 
  • Cheerful deposition 
  • Must be multi-tasking 
  • Needs to be focused, firm and able to handle difficult customers
