Role
- Able to ideate and think of campaign ideas
- Worked on through the line / 360 campaigns before (ATL / BTL / Digital)
- Able to work with servicing and planning teams
- Required to come up with initiative ideas for awards
Design and Art Direction
- Proficient in Adobe Design Suite
- Able to design and come up with art direction to bring campaigns to life
Clients
- Worked on local and international accounts before
- Requires to help pitch for new business
Job Requirements
- Educational level : Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design / Advertising / Mass Comm
- Good in ideation, design skills and art direction
- Understand production process
- Good interpersonal skills, EQ and communication skills
- Confident to lead projects and undertake task with little supervision
- Possess a positive attitude and be able to maintain good spirits as well as contribute to team morale
- Good knowledge and experience in processes and project management for ATL, BTL and Digital execution
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good at prioritizing and multi-tasking
