About The Job

  • Assisting account manager and internal team with the formulation of comms strategies;
  • Ensuring that communication flows effectively;
  • Presenting alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager)creative work to clients.
  • Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;
  • Writing client reports and job briefs;
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and providing post reports when necessary
  • Monitoring competitors’ activities and reporting / alerting Team and Clients 
  • Outputting monthly competitor reports
  • Undertaking administration tasks;
  • Arranging and attending meetings;
  • To participate and assist in adhoc projects from pitches and new biz

Job Requirements

  1. Min 1 year experience
  2. Education Level: Business / Marketing / Mass Comm Graduate
  3. Good interpersonal skills
  4. Good EQ and communication skills
  5. Responsible and able to undertake tasks with little supervision
  6. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Written and Spoken)
  7. Positive outlook and willingness to learn
