Job Description

  •  Responsible for emails or e-tickets submitted by sellers, drive for resolution by working with seniors or other departments
  •  Responsible for company's webinars and Facebook leads management 
  • Strong customer service behavior such as Positive, Patient, Able to understand the issues reported and drive for resolution are key 
  • Guide and support a group of sellers on their account registration documentation and process
  • Support training session. eCommerce Training will be provided
  • Experience on eCommerce marketplaces, such as Shopee, Lazada, eBay or Amazon will be an advantage


Job Requirements

  • Fast learner, Willing to learn attitude
  • At least 1 year Customer service experience is required.
  • Positive, Patient and Friendly ways of handling customer
  • Creativity on resolutions is an advantage. On-job training will be provided
  • Good follow up on issues, details and resolutions
  • Team player and spirit is essential 
  • Experience on eCommerce marketplaces, such as Shopee, Lazada, eBay or Amazon will be an advantage
