• Devises strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Utilizes a range of techniques including SEM, SEO, UAC.
• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing efforts
• Reviews new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Design, implement and oversees the social media strategy for the company. Handle social media presence for our products to ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
• Manages a range of digital media including the official website and social media channels, ensuring that design and contents are aligned with business objectives.
• Oversees planning, delivery and management of all digital campaigns from idealization and execution to monitoring and escalation.
• To steer, guide and work with design team, develops engaging, attractive, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts; which capture attention, enlighten audiences, and promote brand-focused messages.
• Manage and monitor day-to-day content posting for internal and also as planned with clients. 
• Brainstorms content with the team to promote brand-focused message for website and social and digital media platforms.
• Tracking of effectiveness of social and digital media initiatives and prepare reports for Management review.
• Proactively perform content dissemination, social audits, audience analysis, social listening and competitive audits.
• Lead digital campaign strategy and planning, from idealization to execution - together with the digital team and other departments.
• Ensure that the digital/online strategy supports broader communication objectives for the company’s products.
• Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences globally.
• Lead and manage design (photography, designer and content writer) and social media team
•  Manage and develop staff growth opportunities and delivering targets/deliverable on time
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee the quality of work from design and social media team
• Oversee design and posting for social media accounts (i.e. Facebook cover, profile pictures, Instagram profile pictures, etc).
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, applications and design tools.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge in digital marketing funnels and setup (familiarity with paid ads, email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and putting them together for a strategy). Strong understanding on how to utilize social ads to scale our organic social impact. 
• At least 1 year experience in the Digital Marketing field 
• Strong leadership and management skills 
• Has an aptitude for writing and can clearly convey a message through writing with passion and excitement. 
• Experience or working knowledge in: 
• -Wordpress or other content management systems 
• -Google tools (Analytics, Webmaster, AdWords) 
• -Social media dashboards and measurement tools. 
• -E-mail marketing tools. 
• Able to create graphical content professionally using - 
• Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign etc.)
