Job Description

• Understanding on how to use social media tools, research trends, and perform social listing and leads management
• Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, events, etc
• Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team, and designers; building a following for brand on social media with creative work
• Researching and organizing facts and sources, create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers.  
• Collaborate in content conception, creation, promotion and measurement, proofread and edit interactive content copy (videos, quizzes, social media posts, infographics, etc)
• Plan, create and develop the concept of creative writing engaging articles for web, social media channels and marketing collaterals.
• Create, rewrite and edit original copy for product and service articles content
• Good at researching and sourcing for facts, enjoy exploring, trying new things, learning and contributing

Job Requirements

• Content writing from sales and marketing perspective
• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Advertising/Media, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the social media, related field or similar role
• Experience on managing social media facebook accounts
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, web publications
• Excellent command of both written, editing skills and spoken English is essential
• Meticulous and detail-oriented to ensure consistent and error-free content
• Passion for writing and willingness to learn
• Diligent and resourceful
