Job Description
- Delivering events on time that meet expectations.
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every event.
- Managing supplier, vendor & events partners relationship.
- Ensuring customer service and quality delivery.
- Create sales leads for the event department through effective research, telesales and client interaction.
- Managing inbounds calls and online enquiries to drive new leads.
- Making outbound calls to maximise corporate sales.
- To update and manage all social media platform on weekly basis with current offers and promotions.
- Assisting in administration with proper filling and documentation after event.
