  • We are looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our eventful marketing department. 
  • Experience in designing website & social media layout, banners and content
  • You will be a Social Media Guru, capable of increasing our social media audience and drive traffic to our websites. 
  • Create and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Website) 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to deliver creative and engaging content (text, image and video)

Responsibilities 
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy in multiple languages
  • Define and measure most important social media KPIs to align with business goal
  • Manage various online community platforms and social media on a daily basis
  • Create engaging text, image and video content
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other related departments
  • Manage and oversee social media content, design and layout
  • Measure the performance of every social media campaign or platform 
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices, new features and technologies to optimize brand awareness 
  • Stay up-to-date with changes or trends in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Post Planner 
  • Measure web traffic, monitor SEO/SEM and suggest content optimization 
  • Build and maintain a strong network with media agencies, vendors and social media influencers
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers 
  • Turning fans into customers and customers into advocates
  • Report notable threats to appropriate management 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or marketing is welcomed but not required with relevant work experiences.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in social media marketing or related field
  • Possess knowledge and experience in marketing field. 
  • Exhibits portfolio or any form of past project documents e.g. provide link to profiles
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) 
  • Hands on experience in content management and excellent copywriting skills
  • Good understanding and utilization of social media platforms
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics, email, social media, and display advertising. Demonstrable experience would be advantageous.
  • Basic Microsoft Office is a must (word, power point & excel)
  • Knowledge and experience of using editing apps like Adobe Photoshop 
  • Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting 
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary. 
  • Practices superior time management 
  • Able to identify potential crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate the issues
