Job Brief 
  •  We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients. We’ll rely on you to find ways to attend to the client's needs while maintaining our company’s positive image. 
  • To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with the marketer, instructor and academic management team while developing a rapport with clients. 
  • We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ultimately, you’ll maintain strong relationships with our company’s clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.

Job Description
  • Present the service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Respond to email and inbound call inquiries
  • Demonstrate teamwork through the sharing of best practices and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate sales effort and enquires with team members and other departments
  • Build and maintain customer relationship by providing service information, attend to inquiries, manage enrollments and day to day processes 
  • Coordinate with marketing department on the student updates and marketing materials for customer support 
  • Resolve problems by clarifying the complaint from customers, determine the cause of the problem, selecting the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution is taken properly 
  • Evaluate and innovate necessary service improvement to ensure efficient processes 
  • Maintain, manage and update the database of clients 
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience in customer service, customer relationship management (CRM) or relevant field
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Preferably Junior Executive with experience in Marketing / Customer Service or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent in the database record, strong data evaluation skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships is advantageous 
  • A highly motivated, positive, confident and determined approach
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills 
  • Strong in prioritizing,  time management, innovative and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Required language(s): English & Arabic Language. Another additional language is an advantage
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection and maintain openness to feedback
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
