Avid Estates is an independent real estate agency and an innovator in the industry. Firmly focused on our niche in the high-end, luxury property market, we have a reputation built on ethics, integrity, quality service, professionalism and results.

We are looking for that energetic, fun-loving team player to become one of our support specialists, which is a key and integral role within our team of professionals. The function is varied and diverse, requiring you to multi-task and be creative. You will join an established high-end real estate agency, based at our office in Bangsar.

What you’ll do:

Agency Support
Assist our team members in their agency activities including research
Maintain company database including data entry, updating/sorting/managing listing information
Provide paperwork support
Handle agent affairs and training coordination
Tenancy care (pre and post-handover support, troubleshooting, client coordination)
Maintain and manage our company website
General administrative and operational support

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for in our dream person:

Loyal, presentable, tactful, diplomatic, calm under pressure, committed to excellence and integrity, courteous and prompt.
Can maintain excellent working relationships internally.
Self-motivated, able to work under own initiative.
Creative and efficient organizer and planner with a fine eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Excel, Adobe Illustrator.
Possess own transport.
