About The Job

  • Onboard new merchants and ensure that they are well equipped with the knowledge to grow their business via AVANA.
  • To educate resellers on how to use AVANA mobile application. 
  • To work closely with internal teams to understand merchants’ skills gap and address or conduct the required training for eCommerce and digital marketing.
  • Liaise with external partners to address their training or development needs.
  • Conduct webinar to educate the public or prospects for them to have a better understanding of eCommerce with AVANA
  • Conduct training for new and existing merchants and AVANGERS 
  • Execute training programs for different merchant types and levels to support them in achieving business and operational excellence.
  • Conducting online/offline training workshops for merchants to assist them in fully utilizing resources available within the AVANA platform.
  • Manage all forms of seller communications to ensure merchants are updated with the latest policies or updates.
  • Execute merchants growth strategies and frameworks with different teams to boost the merchant’s sales.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in training and development 
  • Experience in eCommerce and digital marketing is a requirement
  • First-class knowledge in eCommerce training with at least 2 years experience.
  • Excellent in giving presentations.
  • Should have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to communicate/coordinate with cross-functional departments. 
  • Self-driven and should be able to motivate trainees and drive performance.
  • Able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to conduct training in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Willing to travel for offline workshops training, where necessary.
  • Google and/or Facebook Marketing certifications are an added advantage.
