Job Description

• End-to-end processing of employee payroll administration, including but not limited to performing payroll entries, calculations, payroll reconciliations, monitoring checklist based on scheduled payroll in APAC/Africa. 
• Processing cross jurisdictional records, statutory payments and transactions.
• Support the Payroll Team Lead in verification, variance report, payroll approval and remittance.  
• Ad hoc payroll related reporting and ensuring data confidentiality before releasing. 
• Close monitoring of Cherwell ticketing tool in order to provide comprehensive reply and quick turnaround and solutions to both internal and external stakeholder’s query and issues.
• Provide accurate data entry of employee details in Oracle HCM and consisting updating of records where necessary.
• Contribute ideas to the development of processes and tools that increase efficiency and productivity and ensure accomplishment of specific objectives. 
• Assist in the development of effective payroll systems and processes by providing ongoing development of HR processes as the company expands and changes.  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Human Resource/Economics and/or pursing a professional accounting designation would be desirable. 
• High level of confidentiality, accuracy, attention to detail and meeting deadlines. 
• Understanding and competency with all Microsoft Office and internet based applications. 
• Understanding of Oracle (ERP) system and processes and procedures preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Excellent people skills, including customer service and enquiry /conflict resolution. 
• Analytical and problem solving skills in data input and retrieval.
