Job Description
As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely invoicing to clients, processing receipts in compliance with tax and other statutory requirements.The key areas of accountability are but not limited to the following:
Client Invoicing:
Client Invoicing:
- Provision of accurate invoicing to clients by following Ausenco financial procedures which includes but not limited to fixing errors in credit notes, taxation amounts and address details.
- Accurate analysis of contract to ensure the terms and conditions of the contract is correctly reflected in the Oracle Financial System before sending the draft to Project Manager.
Financial Systems and Reporting:
- Regular review and analysis of the system data to ensure sell rates and project master data is up to date .
- Management of the receipting of client payments and assisting with reconciliations.
- Prepare reports for Work in Progress items for Cash Flow Projection as well as other ad-hoc monthly reports on invoicing progress to business stakeholders.
- Ensure Invoice Sending Checklist Report is updated daily.
- Identify key income accruals at each period end and inform the team.
Continuous Improvement:
- Aside from your day to day responsibilities, you will also be given the opportunity to contribute towards improving Ausenco's operating systems and procedures by monitoring current effectiveness and exploring alternatives.
- Participate on special projects that focuses in the development of effective financial systems and processes as the company expands and changes.
Customer Service:
- Maintain a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders such as Project Managers, Finance Team and clients by providing timely response according to SLA.

Job Requirements
For the opportunity to be part of this exciting new initiative, our attributes and accomplishments required will include:
- Degree in Accounting and/or working towards a professional accounting qualification
- 1 to 3 years prior experience in an account receivable role
- Experience in financial systems administration or Oracle is preferred
- Experience handling North America or Australia billing will be an added advantage
- Highly developed self management skills, time management and attention to detail
