Job Description

Job Description:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day general administration work.
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
  • Acceptance of incoming posts, letters, and parcels.
  • Provide administrative support to other Operation Teams.
  • Prepare and handle the administration and housekeeping of documentations.
  • To manage Group Insurance(PA, H&S) policies, employee claims and staff benefits.
  • Develop, carry out and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Monitor and replenish office stationaries and food supplies.
  • Arrange staff bonding activities.
  • To undertake other ad-hoc tasks as and when given.


Job Requirements

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Data Management and Organization skills.
  • Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office: Word and Excel​

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Secretarial, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
