Job Description

We're on the hunt for individuals who have an interest in interior design and are good at:

Sourcing and preparing information for tenders including quantity and pricing
Tasked with preparing cost comparisons
Sourcing of new vendors, compiling quotations and competitive prices
Evaluating and certifying contractors
Obtaining sub-contractors and suppliers quotation for costings
Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work, adjusting budget projections accordingly and monitoring cost
Liaising with clients and other construction professionals such as site managers and interior designers
Verifying sub-contractors’ claims and/or invoices
Material sourcing and procurement

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess a degree/diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Knowledge in interior fit-outs and builders works
2-3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in an interior fit-out environment
Good negotiation skills
