- Prepare visuals, project costing, material selection, and technical drawings.
- Consult and communicate with clients.
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors as per confirmed design.
Job Requirements
- Education level: Diploma.
- Skills: 3D Studio Max & Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Microsoft Excel
- Languages: Mandarin (spoken & written), English, and Malay-
- 2 years of experience in residential projects preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Have your own means of transportation.
- Good sense of design & detailing.
- Work well independently and exhibit good common sense.
