About The Job

  • Manage incident with Incident Management processes
  • Ensure that incidents are properly handled by technical teams
  • Perform regular communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Review and follow up incident reports
  • Consolidate and publish report of incidents regularly
  • Prepare up-to-date documentation, including support procedure, troubleshooting guide, knowledge bases, etc.
  • Manage Major Incident processes which directly or indirectly impact IT production services in line with Incident Management processes 

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in IT support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management
  • ITIL related certification would be considered as a strong asset
  • Knowledge in network infrastructure will be an advantage
  • Be a part of the 24/7 Service Management Team on a rota basis
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, balancing competing priorities
  • Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities
  • Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese, Good command of spoken Mandarin is preferable
