About The Job

  •  Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
  • Learn details about our product and service offerings
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have  
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
  • Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities
  • Keep an updated customer database
  • Measure identified KPIs
  • Always strive towards meeting sales quota 
  • Track and document calls and sales
  • Update client records 
  • Prepare and present achievements and KIPs 

Job Requirements

  •  Education level: SPM or Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree Level 
  • Hardworking & responsibility
  • Fast learner, proactive, attention into detail
  • Master at prioritizing & follow-up while multi-tasking
  • Excellent communicator 
  • Proficiently in Mandarin, Malay & English (懂華語的優先考慮)
