Job Description

• Tasks from different countries, manage translations for the website, client portal and any other marketing materials.
• Coordinate and execute translation related projects, which will require you to collaborate with translation agencies, colleagues or country heads based in other countries to make sure the translation and proofreading progress can meet the tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with design team to plan and develop site content, style and layout with the correct content. 
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Be a brand guardian ensuring all output is consistently on brand voice, style and tone.
• Working with colleagues around the world with confidence, friendliness, and respect.

Job Requirements

1. Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
2. Strong verbal and written communication and co-ordination skills
3. Able to handle multi tasks under pressure
4. Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment.
5. To be responsible, well-organised, proactive and self-motivated team player
6. Understanding of and passion for social media marketing and how to create engaging and shareable content
7. Good understanding of CFDs and compliance procedures
8. Having experience in a similar role in Finance (in house or agency) is a plus
