Job Description

  • Provide responsive support towards platform users who came to our door(Online). 
  • Good interpersonal skills to understand client's needs and their complaints.
  • Work around with the team to improve efficiency and client retention. 
  • Adjustment, system restarts, reset & other relevant arrangement.

Job Requirements

  1. Proficient in English language and other languages would have high advantage.
  2. Adequate IT Knowledge to understand how IT system works.
  3. Minimum requirement in Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Admin, General Business or Information Technology.
  4. Have good communication skills and adequate attitude in multi-tasking. 
  5. Experienced in customer service line like retail/active calling with appropriate to work around with customers would be a huge plus point.
