The key duty of a sales consultant is to provide sound advice based on the real Estate services our company has to offer. This job requires you to present our company's real estate services in the best light to promote sales, financing & legal advice and property related matters based on each client’s needs. You would be required to familiarize and acquire knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide your customers with integrity and build their trust.

You must possess own means of transportation and must be willing to travel to multiple sites daily. Having a minor interest in beautifying spaces is definitely a plus! Support and guidance is provided every step of the way.

We know the pandemic has been tough on everyone and cashflow is tight. A full commission approach might be difficult for new comers. Hence, we are giving a Basic Salary + Commission for any successful sales. This will give you an ease of mind to learn and excel in our company. 

Communication and negotiation skills are essential for this position as well as math knowledge(e.g., calculation of down payments and interest rates as well as compare mortgage plans). Knowledge of real estate laws is a plus, but if you are new to this line, guidance will be given.
