Job Description

• Record and update accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
• Update financial records with daily transactions
• Track and reconcile bank statements and reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Participate in annual audit / Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.

• Provide and support in administration and human resources matters
• Recruitment and advertisement for a new position
• Maintain and upkeep employee’s file
• Monitoring employees attendance
• Prepare Letter of appointment, discipline & warning letters
• Managing directors’ calendar
• To perform any other duties that will be instructed by the manager from time to time

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• Excellent numeracy skills & attention to detail, with an ability to spot a numerical error
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of the MS Office suite (particularly Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

• Must be proactive, have the ability to do multitasking, and eager to learn.
