Job Description

• Required to assist Business Development Manager on Merchant Acquisition Projects (workshops/events).
• Cold-calling potential Auto Parts merchants and onboarding the new merchants.
• Manage relationship with merchant acquired to ensure their business grow on eBay.
• Responsible for understanding eBay top vertical, identify demand & supply gap.
• Develop business growth consulting plans for selected potential merchants, progress and implementation based on committed key performance metrics and sales target.
• Run reports to track and monitor the new on boarded merchants.

• Have a good grasp of the ecommerce industry, marketplaces business needs and competitive environment including knowledge of product offerings, market research and providing valuable business insights to merchants.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative or related field. 
2. 2-4 years of experience in a sale or business development role, Technical Training or related field, ideally with Automotive Industry background.
3. Fresh graduate with the right attitude & enthusiasm will also be considered.
4. Understanding of ecommerce industry/eco-system is a plus.
5. Knowledge of auto parts technical terms, auto parts cataloging and/or inventory management system is a plus. 
6. Experience in digital marketing and mass communication is a plus.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives at the same time in a fast-paced international corporation. 
8. Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing) and communicative in Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. 
9. Owned Vehicle and ability to travel on one’s own across states. 
10. Self-taught and faster learner in E-Commerce especially eBay
