Job Description

• Grow Malaysian Cross-Border Trade (CBT) business and deliver sales target.
• Manage seller’s portfolio by performance analysis. Forecast and track account metrics.
• Conduct educational programs to ensure compliance to the marketplace’s requirement.
• Identify growth opportunity through market research, category comparison and account health management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship through close communication with sellers. 
• Work with regional cross-functional team to grow, scale and sustain seller’s business.  
• Understand and utilize CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and seller’s status.
• Be an e-commerce expert by developing a thorough understanding of the e-commerce marketplace’s operating environment and solutions ecosystem, to provide good and relevant advice to the sellers

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing / Communications / IT / Computer Science 
• 2-3 years’ experience in Account Management / Business Development in the internet / international trade / logistics industry (experience in online marketplaces is an added advantage) 
• Proven ability to communicate with SME customers to achieve business objectives and exceed sales targets 
• Fluency in English a must (spoken & written); Mandarin, Cantonese & Bahasa (spoken) an added advantage 
• Effective communication skills and ability to influence 
• An independent, proactive and effective player under pressure 
• Literacy in Microsoft Office
