Job Description

• Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance/ takaful contract or suggest addition/ changes to existing ones.
• Evaluate business or individual customer’s needs and financial status and propose protections or investment plan that meet their criteria.
• Breed productive clients from various sources by networking, cold calling and using refferal.
• Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their profiles.
• Monitor insurance claims ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Constantly update on job knowledge and learn about new products and service.
• Source, recruit and develop your own sales team members (for promotion to Assistant Unit Manager - Unit Manager - District Manager)

Job Requirements

1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Business/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
2. Ex-banker, Accountant, Auditor, Engineer, Pharmaceutical or other insurance agent are welcome to apply. 
3. Willingly to work under training system.
4. Positive attitude and willing to take up challenges.
