Job Description
You will be working closely with the creative and strategic team to produce social media / digital content and manage social media / digital platforms, that meet the needs of our clients advertising & promotional campaign. Your key responsibilities are:
Social media and digital management - Execute, manage and monitor back-end system for social media page, ad buy and other digital platforms.
Strategies tactics - Build and execute social media / digital strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
Create Content - Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create engaging content to meet clients' objectives.
Manage consumers - Ensure social media pages are up to date and manage various online community platforms as well as social media accounts on a daily basis.
Report and analysis - Analyze and review social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and develop action plan accordingly.
Discover trends and innovations - Explore new trends and functions of social media and propose new ideas to be executed.
Monitor competitors - Monitor competitor's social media activities, results and provide adequate analysis.
Project management - Manage clients' advertising & promotional campaigns efficiently and professionally.

1. Have skills and experience in executing and managing social media / digital platforms including content and ad buy (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google)
2. Knowledgeable about digital marketing, social media marketing, content writing, as well as social media platforms and tools.
3. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal in English and BM. Chinese is an added advantage.
4. Graphic and multimedia design skills are added advantage.
5. Able to communicate the requirements and expectations well to both internal and external parties.
6. Resourceful, motivated, independent and takes initiative to fulfill tasks.
7. Pleasant personality and team driver.
