Job Description
- Assist with processing mail/e-mail and other correspondences.
- Answer phone calls.
- Help improve administration procedures.
- To perform record keeping accurately and timely.
- Assisting in administration and management.
- Support day-to-day operation function.
- To perform other related duties assigned by Supervisor from time to time.
- Provide support to team members to ensure service excellence.
Job Requirements
- Proactive, responsible and accountable
- Able to organise and prioritise tasks
- Able to comply with instructions and willing to learn
- No work experience required.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/ Management/ Administration or equivalent.
- Good command in English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
