Job Description

• Monitors and manages project process and monitor progress in planning, purchasing, and production to ensure delivery requirements are on track.
• Leads project review meetings and collaborates with all disciplines during the project, especially  with stakeholders including Technology Depository Agency (TDA); to ensure adherence to ICP commitment,  product delivers on-time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Interface with the customer, Engineering, Purchasing, Production/Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and vendors.
• Ensures contractual requirements are understood and reflect what has been negotiated.
• Ensures that contract changes are documented, approved, and integrated into the project plans.
• Manage and escalate project risks and issues. Identifies and manages risks, and ensures that contingency plans are established for all key milestones, and triggered if necessary.
• Project Logistics Management ;  importation and exportation of incoming and outgoing materials, liaising with forwarding agents, insurances, production facilities provider, etc.
• Ability to navigate change, whether technical or production, and communicate the results of change effectively internally and/or externally.
• Tracks progress towards budget objectives. Monitors our on-time invoice submissions and payment collections.
• Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customer.
• Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the company’s benefit 

Job Requirements

• Professional Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience in handling manufacturing (assembly) project preferably in Electrical/Electronics product.
• Experience in handling logistics, outgoing and incoming shipment.
• Experience in railway / rolling stock is an advantage.
• Familiar with Industrial Collaboration Programme (ICP) and dealing with TDA is an advantage.
• Around 5 years of working experience
