About The Job

You be responsible for helping with managing the end to end of the tasks within these projects including keeping track of due dates and deliverables.

  • Manage and liaise with key team members on projects
  • Managing the Marketing and Content Calendar
  • Working closely with our Events Manager to systematize workflow process for the team
  • Updating and designing project spreadsheet
  • Ensure all company documents or forms are on brand, consistent in format, up to date and accessible
  • Consult, collaborate and foster positive working relationships with teammates
  • Manage work, drive work outputs, engage and work independently as part of a busy dynamic team
  • Quality assurance of documents to ensure deliverables align to project needs
  • Preparing data/reports at the end of each month
  • Onboarding new employees and walking them through the company’s processes and workflow
  • Supporting our Events Manager in all operational matters in the company

  • Work through with our Events Manager to establish a project workflow and management of the various ongoing marketing and content projects within the business
  • Ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations
  • Ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently on projects and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of tasks and confidential matters with discretion

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese 
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines
  • Excitement for helping entrepreneurs create momentum and build multi million-dollar companies
  • Prior experience within an Executive Assistant or Operations role is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of all MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel…) and Google Docs and Sheets
  • Able to communicate effectively with people at different levels of hierarchy
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Motivated, energetic with a can do attitude
  • Helpful and supportive spirit. Problem solver
  • Professional attitude and presentation
  • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritize and exercise discretion
