Job Description
- Identifies prospects and generates leads from list and other sources eg Company directory, Social media and etc
- Deliver sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services in order to persuade potential customer to purchase a products or services
- Calls business or private individuals and schedule appointment for our sales representative/ agent to attend
- Explain product or service information, price quotations and answer questions given by customers
- Completes orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders for filling and secures information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting and attend sales training whenever required.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Female / Man
- Age within the range of 23 -40 years old
- Qualification: Degree and above (Frash Grads are welcome)
- Fluent in English and Malay
- Minimum experience in telemarketing more than a year
- Know how to use Microsoft office eg, Words, Excel and etc
- Basic salary + commission
