About The Job

Responsibility:
  • Doing Recruitment for AIA Elite Program or Business Introducer for Company
  • Provide leads and administration support to the Recruitment team.
  • Assist the team with the recruitment process such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews. 
  • Format candidate's resume for proposals and ongoing project hiring. 
  • Improve client's and candidate's experience and process efficiency.
  • Ad hoc assignments will also be given.
  • Attend any sales and training provide by the company and events

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in any field.
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Required language: English (Preferred) and Malay / Chinese 
  • 1 year working experience in Recruitment or Sales
  • Advantages working experience in Sales, Finance/ Insurance, and Banking
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
  • Passionate about being a recruiter
  • Strong communication skills
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
