Job Description
Responsibility:
- Doing Recruitment for AIA Elite Program or Business Introducer for Company
- Provide leads and administration support to the Recruitment team.
- Assist the team with the recruitment process such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Format candidate's resume for proposals and ongoing project hiring.
- Improve client's and candidate's experience and process efficiency.
- Ad hoc assignments will also be given.
- Attend any sales and training provide by the company and events
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in any field.
- Malaysian citizen
- Required language: English (Preferred) and Malay / Chinese
- 1 year working experience in Recruitment or Sales
- Advantages working experience in Sales, Finance/ Insurance, and Banking
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
- Passionate about being a recruiter
- Strong communication skills
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
