Job Description

  • Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
  • Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department
  • Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
  • Communicating with top management in any related issues.
  • Using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending
  • Collecting and inputting company data
  • Making travel arrangements for employee
  • Writing and editing company correspondence
  • Collecting and sorting post
  • Assisting with minor technical support
  • Acting as a personal assistant to the executive team
  • Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements


Job Requirements

  • Malaysian Female (preferable)
  • Age 25 and above
  • Must possess at least a Digree in any related field.
  • Minimum experience at least 1 yearAdmin cum Aftersales Executive 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Fluent in Malay, English and other language like Mandarin 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
  • Great attitite towards customer and sales agent
  • Know how to use Microsoft Office eg: Words, Excel etc
